| The fee for the standard Surrey Homesearch three-month contract is £450. We do not charge a commission on purchases. In this way a client's decision whether or not to purchase a property is totally independent of any financial consideration on our part. The standard Surrey Homesearch contract covers compiling a client brief, searching for properties, pre-viewing the most suitable properties, reporting back to clients via email and providing ongoing advice and support. We can also provide additional services - photographing or videoing properties (subject to vendors' permission) orientation tours, accompanied viewings etc. Fees for additional services can be obtained by contacting us. We can also vary the length of the initial contract and are happy to discuss how we can meet your particular requirements.
